  I called to make an appt for myself, and three children and Buck was like OMG the brady bunch, I said the brady bunch is paying ...moreyour silly a--- paycheck. And for the comment made to Deatrick that you are much nicer than collections...LOL.....NOT. Don't expect a courtesy phone call from this office it will never happen. It is like pulling your on teeth. So if you need anything from this office you have to follow up and call them YOURSELF...Courtesy Phone Call back...NEVER ...collapse

The person making the appointment could not stop commenting on the uniqueness (non-American) of my ...morelast name. the 1st blurt was, "that's weird" then "what kinda nameee is that?" "never heard of any name like that before" the whole time I'm thinking shut up and just make the appointment. "how do you spell that" ...collapse

  I wouldn't reccomend anyone going to her. She doesn't let the parents go back there with the children. I heard her yelling at one of the ...morekids who knows it could have been my child.I also found her to be rude. If u asked me I would say she is psycho.I also heard her yelling at one of her assistants.She needs her license taken away. In that kind of field u need compassion for others and to care. ...collapse

  In response to Deatrick and Newport I am the office manager and in reguards to billing patients its never a good thing but, its part of ...morebusiness, I am much nicer than the collections service. As to Newport many times we get calls asking if the Dr. is good with children, I always ask how good is your child with a Doctor? In many cases the child is fine its the parents that make the child nurvous, sorta like a little league baseball team, if the coach is hard on their child the coach is bad. ...collapse
